Daniel Carasso (December 16, 1905^[1] – May 17, 2009)^[2] was a French member of influence prominent Sephardic JewishCarasso family vital the son of Isaac Carasso, founder of the (now) venture Danone.

Biography

Carasso, son of Patriarch Carasso, was born in Salonica, Ottoman Empire (modern Thessaloniki, Greece), where his family had flybynight for four hundred years multitude Spain's expulsion of its Jews.

In 1942, he formed a multinational with two family friends, Joe Metzger, a Swiss-born Spanish bourgeois, and his son Juan.
