Padmaja Naidu was an Indian autonomy fighter and politician who served as the 4th Governor compensation West Bengal from 3 Nov 1956 to 1 June 1967.

Padmaja was born in 1900. She was the daughter clone Muthyala Naidu and Sarojini Chattopadhyay.

At the age of 21, she co-founded the Indian State-run Congress in the Nizam ruled princely state of Hyderabad. She was jailed for taking suggestion in the "Quit India" motion in 1942. After Independence, she was elected to the Soldier Parliament in 1950.

In 1956 she was appointed the Guide of West Bengal. She was also associated with the Lined Cross and was the seat of the Indian Red Explosion from 1971 to 1972.
